Yes. Cowork is powerful and considerably cheaper if you are comfortable configuring connectors, permissions, plugins and routines yourself. Hervo is for people who want the assistant configured around them, maintained for them and available in the interface they already use.

Your plan includes 1,000 credits each month. Normal requests use them quietly. Hervo gives you an estimate before unusually expensive work. If you run out, heavy work pauses until you add credits, move to a higher-use plan or your allowance resets. There are no automatic overage charges.
Yes. Core includes up to five supported integrations. Premium includes unlimited supported integrations and two messaging interfaces. Bespoke integrations outside Hervo’s connection catalogue are quoted separately.
